Who We Are
We are a social centre servicing the English-speaking seniors of Châteauguay. We offer a variety of activities designed to stimulate, educate, entertain and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
Our existence within our community is well known and we continue to grow our membership.
The 55+ centre is managed & operated solely by volunteers.
Our Mission
Our mission is to operate an activity centre for the English-speaking senior citizens residing in and around Chateauguay aged 55 years of age and over.
We promote the physical and emotional well being of the members by offering a variety of activities on a daily basis.
This includes courses, crafts, games, physical exercise, creative activities, excursions (day trips), travels, entertainment activities (such as shows and movies) as well as information sessions.
Our Vision of the Future
To continue to grow our membership with the support and awareness of our organization via various social media platforms (Facebook, Website, Public activities, Newsletters, etc.) as well as creating partnerships with our city, local businesses and organizations that support our senior community.
